FEDERAL NETBALL TOURNAMENT OFFICIALLY COMMENCES IN SAINT KITTS

The Federal Netball tournament got underway in St.

Kitts on the evening of Saturday 25 th April, with an

impressive opening ceremony and an encounter

between the National males’ team and an All-stars

female team.

However, the business end of the tournament

continued on the evening of Tuesday 28 th April, as

Coca Cola Shamrocks engaged the National Under

16 team

Final scores:

1st Quarter Score: Shamrock 7, U-16 Team 5

2nd Quarter Score: Shamrock 5, U-16 Team 6

3rd Quarter Score: Shamrock 8, U-16 Team 3

4th Quarter Score: Shamrock 11, U-16 Team 3

Winner: Shamrock

Final Score: 31 - 17

According to the revised schedule, the next game is

set for Thursday 30 th April, when Aqua Ballers will

take on Phoenix

The first game to be played in Nevis, is set for

Tuesday 12 th May, when Aqua Ballers will engage

Bath United

Action at the Grell Hull -Stevens Netball complex

begins at 6pm
