SUNRISE OVERPOWER SOUTH STARS

The Blackett/Pemberton Football league continued at the ET Willet Park, on the evening of Sunday 23 rd August. In game one, Sunrise got the better of South stars. It was an intense battle, that saw no goals scored in the first half and highlighted brilliant saves by both goal keepers. However, in the second half, Pas Turner on his comeback in the goal, just could not keep out two powerful strikes. Final score: Sunrise 2 Southstars nil
