TEAM NEVIS CELEBRATED

On Friday 8 th May, the Education and Sports Departments on Nevis, hosted a fun day and motorcade celebration for Team Nevis, winners of the recently held Inter island -Interprimary championship, between the Primary schools on St. Kitts and Nevis.

The main action point was the Villa grounds in Charlestown. Here the children engaged in games such as Football and Cricket and also enjoyed the bouncing castle.

They were then treated to a motorcade from the Villa grounds, through downtown Charlestown, and then back to the Villa grounds. It was complemented by a Police outrider, DJ Woodis, providing appropriate sounds, three school buses, transporting the athletes, Education officials, parents and other family members and a Police car at the rear. The children were also treated to sumptuous snacks when they got back to the Villa grounds
