SKNABA CONGRATULATES SHELDON CHIVERTON-BLAKE ON FIBA LICENSE
Basseterre St. Kitts, The St. Kitts - Nevis Amateur Basketball Association (SKNABA) extends official
congratulations to Mr. Sheldon Chiverton-Blake on successfully attaining his FIBA E-Learning License
as a FIBA Table Official. Mr. Chiverton-Blake’s achievement represents another positive step in the continued development and professional advancement of basketball officials within St. Kitts and Nevis. His certification through FIBA’s digital learning platform strengthens the federation’s technical capacity and supports SKNABA’s ongoing efforts to raise standards in game administration, officiating, and overall basketball operations. SKNABA President Mr. Glen Jeffers praised Mr. Chiverton-Blake for his commitment and accomplishment.

his FIBA E-Learning License,” said President Jeffers. “Well done, Sheldon. Keep up the excellent work.” The FIBA E-Learning License provides officials with important international-level training and certification, helping to ensure that table officials are equipped with the required knowledge, procedures, and professional standards necessary to support basketball competitions at various levels. SKNABA notes that the achievement is especially significant as the association continues to focus on strengthening every area of the sport, including player development, coaching, officiating, administration, and technical support. Mr. Chiverton-Blake’s license, issued under the role of FIBA Table Officials, is associated with the St.Kitts-Nevis Amateur Basketball Association and is valid until August 31, 2028.
