ELVIS STAR BROWNE WOMEN'S FOOTBALL LEAGUE UPDATE

Just prior to the opening game of the 2026 Elvis STAR Browne Women’s Football league, on Saturday 20 th June, Coach Alex Claxton of the Bath United team, insisted that his team may be counted as the under dogs, but that his team was ready not just to participate, but to COMPETE. He noted that most of the girls were still in school and that practice sessions were hampered because of their recent exams. However, he insisted that they have been training hard and warned the other teams not to underestimate their true potential.
