2026 AGRI & MARINE EXPO THEME REVEALED

Basseterre, St. Kitts: The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Marine Resources

has officially unveiled the theme for the 31st edition of Agriculture Open Day & Marine

Expo 2026:

“Cultivating Our Future With Innovative Technology On Land & at Sea.”

The theme reflects the Ministry’s continued commitment to advancing and modernising the

agriculture, fisheries and marine sectors through innovation, technology and sustainable

practices.

As the Federation prepares for the 31st staging of one of its most anticipated national events,

the theme underscores the growing importance of technology in increasing productivity,

improving efficiency and strengthening resilience across both land-based and marine industries.

The 2026 event will place significant emphasis on the use of innovative tools and methods in

agriculture and marine development. Areas of focus may include climate-smart agriculture,

precision farming, modern irrigation systems, aquaculture advancements, marine conservation

technologies and improved fisheries management systems.

Agriculture Open Day & Marine Expo continues to serve as a key platform for farmers, fishers,

agro-processors, entrepreneurs, students and the wider public to engage with the latest

developments in the sector. The event also provides opportunities for exhibitors and

stakeholders to showcase products, services and technologies that contribute to national food

security and economic growth.

The 31st Agriculture Open Day & Marine Expo 2026 is expected to feature exhibitions, live

demonstrations, educational displays and interactive experiences designed to inform, inspire

and celebrate progress in agriculture and marine resources.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Marine Resources encourages the public to stay

connected to its official platforms for updates and announcements as preparations continue for

this milestone event.
