TRISTAN RICHARDS SENTENCED FOR FIREARM & AMMUNITION OFFENCES

Tristan Richards of New Road Housing, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s

Prison for the offences of Possession of a Firearm, and Possession of Ammunition, committed on November 30th, 2024, at Gillard Meadows, St. Kitts. On April 10th, 2026, Mr Richards was sentenced to serve five and a half (51⁄2) years’ imprisonment for Possession of Firearm, and twelve (12) months’ imprisonment for

Possession of Ammunition. Both sentences are to run concurrently, and time spent on

remand will be deducted from the sentence. Mr Richards’ sentence was handed down at the St Christopher Circuit Court, presided

over by His Lordship Justice Patrick Thompson, Jr.
