SKCA CELEBRATES 150TH ANNIVERSARY
As we celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the St. Kitts Cricket Association, we are proud to invite you to witness the return of red ball cricket through the Andrew Weekes Two-Day Competition 2026.
This newly named competition honours the legacy of the late Andrew Weekes, a distinguished son of the soil who made history as the first person from St. Kitts to become a qualified international umpire. He also served with excellence as a former President of the St. Kitts and Nevis Umpires Association and was a respected member of the West Indies Cricket Umpires Association. His contribution to the development and integrity of the game remains a lasting inspiration.
This tournament not only marks the revival of the traditional red ball format but also forms a meaningful part of our 150th anniversary celebrations highlighting the rich heritage, growth, and enduring passion for cricket in St. Kitts and Nevis.
We warmly invite you to come out and support our teams La Poinciana, Molyneaux/Cayon (MCCC), and Young Guns as they compete across several weekends at the Conaree and Molyneaux grounds.
Let us come together to celebrate cricket, honour a pioneer, and continue building on a proud legacy.
