FARMER BLAMES GOVERNMENT FOR CATTLE LOSSES; MINISTER REJECTS CLAIMS

A livestock farmer is alleging that shortcomings within the Department of Agriculture contributed to the loss of nearly his entire herd of cattle. Gareth "Humble" Lewis says he has gone from owning 185 cattle to just 15 and is calling for government compensation. Television Caribbean's Andre Huie reports.
