ATV TOUR OPERATOR CLAIMS ROAD BLOCK HURTING BUSINESS

Local businessman Austin Coker claims his ATV tour business is being disrupted after St. Kitts Marine Works owner and operator Regiwell Francis blocked a roadway near his boatyard in New Guinea that forms part of the ATV tour route. Coker contends the roadway is public and should remain open.
